Cabin Pressuriser System
Scott Holmes has designed a cabin pressurizer system for earthmoving equipment.
The CLEANCAB PRESSURIZER system will help to reduce cabin dust entry which increases operator comfort and air conditioning system life. This system has been developed and used over 23 years.
The unit is available in a vertical or horizontal style. It has been designed to fit all styles of AC systems & machines. It is particularly suitable for use with Red Dot & Sigma roof top units as it has the same height profile. 
It uses a 3” flex pipe to duct to the evaporator inlet or it can be ducted directly through the bottom of the unit to the a/c evaporator air inlet. The unit air outlet can be rotated 360 degrees to suit most applications it comes with two blanking plates & 1 3” ducting plate. It can be supplied in 12v or 24v.

We recommend use of Tuff-Red flex air ducting for long life of intake hose.
Now available is a HEPA or CARBON filters insert for the CLEANCAB cabin pressurizer unit.
The HEPA filter is rated to 99.994%. the advantage of using this as a final filter is that the main Power Core filter removes 99.97% of the dust particles leaving the HEPA filter to clean the last 0.024% of the dust particles. This system has a 3-way cleaning system using the high efficiency pre-cleaning venturi tubes as the first cleaning process removing the heavier dust material, then the high efficiency Power core filter & the HEPA as the final filtration.
This has long term cost benefits as the HEPA filter is not used as the main filter as in most other systems. This also adds an added safety margin as there is less chance of incorrect fitment of the HEPA filter.
We can now offer 2 new styles of pressurizer units. CABAIRE S SERIES & M SERIES (just released) units & are suitable for fitment to trucks & other equipment.
The S SERIES unit is available with a Standard/HEPA or CARBON filter elements. CABAIRE S SERIES unit is available in 12 or 24V.

The M SERIES are a compact unit suitable for smaller enclosures where size limits any other unit. The units are available with a standard NANO fiber element only. Available in a brushless 12V or 24V.
